WELCOME TO The SAVE TRAINING Programme
Unfortunately, victimisation in childhood is not uncommon. Children can experience a range of adverse and traumatic situations, including sexual abuse, domestic violence and bullying.
As an educator you can foster resilience in children – but you must also know what to do if you suspect a child is being victimised. The SAVE programme aims to help you strengthen the skills and strategies that you need to help the children you teach; to manage a disclosure of victimisation and to promote wellbeing in your classroom setting.
This course comprises four modules:
- Resilience
- Sexual Victimisation
- Physical and Emotional Maltreatment
- Bullying
These aim to build your knowledge and provide you with strategies and resources to support the most vulnerable children you teach
